In Store: Bring your equipment in to the BSG Workshop with all necessary accessories that would be required for testing (eg. power adaptors/cables, antennas etc) during our opening hours (Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm or Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm)
Via Courier: Fill out the Equipment Repair Form, then freight or Courier your equipment in to the BSG Workshop. Please make sure the equipment is safely packed in either it's original carton or a suitable box with appropriate packaging material. BSG Service Technicians will inspect the freight on arrival and will advise you if we believe the unit has been damaged in transit. BSG is not responsible for any damage to your equipment while it is in transit. **
**All new customers and customers without an approved credit account with BSG will have to pay our minimum fee upfront when the equipment is booked in for repair. See our fee schedule for rates. This fee will be deducted from the bill on collection. All repairs are payment on pickup.
If you are unable to remove the equipment from your venue due to size or design we may be able to service it on site. Please contact us to discuss options and rates for on site call outs.

Our valued clients are always given top priority if equipment purchased through us faults in the warranty period. We will go out of our way to ensure the inconvenience is kept to a minimum.
