The Palmer PBRIDGE4P is a 19" rack-mounted passive DI box designed for efficiently feeding unbalanced and high-impedance signals from electric instruments, such as guitar, bass, keyboard, or synthesizer, into the microphone inputs of a mixing console. With its transformer-balanced outputs, this DI box eliminates mains hum and interference caused by ground loops, providing a clean and clear sound without any unwanted noise or distortion.

With a 10:1 transformation ratio, these transformers provide optimal impedance and level matching when connecting instrument signals from guitar, bass, keyboard, or synthesizer to a balanced microphone input. Additionally, their galvanic isolation eliminates ground loop hum, ensuring a pure, clear, and ultra-low noise signal without any interference.

Utilizing a switchable 30dB pre-attenuation, the BRIDGE 4P has the capacity to receive line signals and extremely high input levels. This feature allows for it to even be connected between the amplifier output and speakers, saving both material and space. In addition, the Audio-Over-Cat output permits the routing of signals from all 4 channels through a single Cat cable (Cat5e or higher), resulting in time efficiency. The BRIDGE 4P is passive, eliminating the need for a power supply and ensuring exceptional reliability.
