Application For A Credit Account

Brisbane Sound Group has a strict payment policy.  We offer a credit facility to approved clients only.  To receive credit, you must submit a completed credit application for processing and meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum purchases of at least $500 per month
  • 3 favourable trade references
  • Credit Application completed in full and signed
  • Director’s Guarantee signed
  • No outstanding debts or defaults listed with credit reporting agency Eqifax (formally Veda)

School/Church Credit Application:

Returns and Refund Policy:

We accept returns for refund, exchange, or credit within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened and the packaging is not damaged. Items that have been opened, have damaged packaging or have been used may be eligible for return at our discretion, however a restocking fee will apply. Return shipping to Brisbane Sound Group is the customer’s responsibility and shipping fees are not refundable.

If your product has a manufacturing fault we will arrange for repair or replacement through the Australian distributor of that brand. If your product is DOA or develops a fault within the first 14 days, we will replace it with a brand new item immediately (pending stock availability). Please contact us immediately when you identify a problem so there are no delays in processing the replacement.

For all other warranty claims and repair work please book your item in here before dropping in or sending the item to us.

 

Price Match Policy

We’re happy to match any competitor advertised pricing under the following conditions:

  • You’re able to provide proof of the price
  • Price needs to include any applicable shipping and handling charges
  • Product is identical (make/model/colour etc)
  • Is in the same condition (product can’t be ex-demo, open box, clearance etc)
  • Must be in stock
  • Seller is an Australian business and an authorised dealer of the product
  • We reserve the right to not sell an item below our cost price
