Shipping policy

We endeavor to process and dispatch all orders as fast as possible, within 1 business day of purchase.  If there are any issues with your order you will be contacted within the same timeframe to discuss and make alternate arrangements if required.

Unless specifically requested orders will be dispatched using our courier & service of choice - generally Australia Post for smaller or residential addresses or StarTrack for bulkier items or business addresses.  Please note that we cannot ship bulky items to PO Box or Parcel Lockers and will require a physical address for such orders.  If you wish to specify a particular courier/service please contact us as soon as your order is placed, additional shipping charges may apply.

Please also note for orders that cannot be shipped economically e.g. heavy or bulky items, express shipping, delivery to non metro and rural areas or a combination of all may incur a shipping charge to the customer, you will be notified before being charged.
