The Ferrofish PULSE16 offers a conversion of 16 x 16 studio-grade balanced analog inputs and outputs, reaching up to 96kHz, to ADAT I/O. As an established and cost-effective interface, ADAT is widely accessible, making integration of the PULSE16's 16 x 16 analog channels into your studio a simple process.
The PULSE16 is designed for professional studio use and offers precise and clear sound through its Low Latency converters, temperature-compensated clock, and jitter reduction PLL. With 1RU of compact design, this device provides up to +20dBu studio levels, adjustable in 1dB increments, using 32 TRS connectors. Its 4 x 4 ADAT interfaces allow for seamless conversion of 16 x 16 channels at 96kHz.
The setup process for this device is effortless, made possible by the two TFT screens. Consultation of the manual is unnecessary, as all information is clearly displayed on the screens. Additionally, remote control can be done through MIDI and MADI.
The headphone can be connected to any analog or digital input or output: ideal for control or monitoring.
As a product designed for scalability, the PULSE16 is built to accommodate the growth of your studio. By utilizing a MADI-SFP module and upgrading the firmware, you can easily add MADI I/O to the PULSE16, transforming it into a versatile PULSE16 MX.
