Chamsys MagicQ MQ80 Compact Lighting Console

Extremely powerful and compact, the ChamSys MagicQ MQ80 console supports 24 universes directly. Its large central touch screen gives easy access to all MagicQ functions as well as display and selection from full lighting plots.

The same flexible lighting control, media server connectivity, and built-in Pixel Mapper found in all MagicQ consoles are all featured onboard the MagicQ MQ80, plus it uses the same software and show formats, for compatibility among all MagicQ products. You can load new shows onto MagicQ consoles running older software, and old shows onto consoles with newer software.

MagicQ software includes easy patching from a library of 13,000 fixture personalities, simple attribute selection and programming, flexible live lighting control, along with powerful onboard Pixel Mapper.

MagicQ MQ80 can be connected via network to a PC or Mac running ChamSys free MagicVis lighting visualization software for full visualization of all the universes at no extra cost. The console can also be interfaced-via network-to a PC or Mac running ChamSys' free MagicHD media player software for up to eight layers of HD media output at no extra cost.

All universes can be directly output over Ethernet using Art-Net I, II or III, Pathport, or sACN – no need for network nodes.

An onboard power supply and UPS with locking powerCON connectors that accepts voltages from 110V to 240V AC are all included with this feature-rich console. It has a Kensington security slot, and both soft bags and flight cases are available as optional extras (sold separately).
