The Ferrofish PULSE16 MX boasts top-of-the-line performance without breaking the bank. Featuring 16 studio-quality balanced analog inputs and outputs that support up to 192kHz, this product also offers compatibility with both ADAT and MADI, two of the most widely used digital audio interfaces in the industry. With a simple optical MADI cable pair, up to 64 channels (or 16 channels at 192kHz) can be transmitted, making high-end multichannel recording seamless. Additionally, 4 ADAT ports at 96kHz allow for a total transfer of 16 channels.
Expertly designed and conveniently compact, this 1RU converter features 16 x 16 balanced analog TRS sockets with adjustable studio levels up to +20dBu in precise 1dB increments. Advanced Low Latency converters and a temperature-compensated clock with jitter reduction PLL ensure exceptional sound quality.
The Pulse16 MX includes 4 x 4 ADAT ports, offering ample bandwidth for converting up to 16 x 16 analog signals at 96kHz or 32 x 32 channels at 48kHz. On top of that, the MADI SFP module allows for an additional 64 x 64 channels, with the flexibility to choose from different MADI standards (such as Singlemode) by simply replacing the module with a different model.
Utilizing two TFT screens, configuring this device is effortless. No manual consultation is necessary as all information is clearly displayed on the screens. In addition, remote control through MIDI and MADI is also achievable.
The headphone can be connected to any analog or digital input or output: ideal for control or monitoring.
